Some chimneys need more than the base job: a second flue, glazed creosote, a three-story roof or an insert that has to come out. Those add-ons are on the price board too, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
If the camera finds something different once we are on site, we stop, show you the footage, and agree on the change before any work beyond the sweep starts.
